Are you an experienced photographer looking for part-time work in the real estate industry? ShowingTime+ is seeking talented individuals to capture high-quality photos, drone imagery, and Zillow’s 3D interactive floor plans for real estate listings. By joining our team, you’ll be at the forefront of real estate photography innovation, helping agents market their listings professionally and effectively.
**About the Role**
This part-time position supports the Boston, MA area, with photographers expected to work approximately 20 hours per week, depending on location and business needs. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, capturing media that enhances the home buying process for consumers. While this role is currently part-time, there are potential opportunities for full-time employment as our business continues to grow.
As a Photographer at ShowingTime+, you will:
– Capture still photography, Zillow 3D interactive floor plans, and drone imagery for sale properties.
– Utilize proprietary technology to create captivating media experiences.
– Innovate the home buying process by providing consumers with the media experiences they desire.
**Who You Are**
We’re looking for motivated individuals who possess:
– Experience in high-quality photography, preferably in real estate.
– Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
– Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
– Familiarity with ShowingTime+’s processes and computer systems.
– FAA Part 107 certification for drone work (preferred).
– A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for business transportation.
– Access to reliable internet upload speeds.
**Required Equipment**
– DSLR camera with AEB mode and wide-angle lens.
– Smartphone with cellular data.
– Preferred equipment includes a Ricoh or Insta360 3D camera, a drone with AEB photography capabilities, and interior video equipment capable of 1080p/60fps.
