**Role Overview: Customer Experience**
As a member of our Customer Experience team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional user experience through process optimization, order management, and issue resolution. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
– Interacting with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude.
– Resolving customer issues regarding payments, orders, and shipments promptly and effectively.
– Becoming an expert in Whatnot’s products, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes.
– Collaborating with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve queries.
– Proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
**Who We’re Looking For**
We value individuals with a low ego, growth mindset, and a passion for driving impact. Here’s what we’re seeking in your background:
– 2+ years of Support experience, preferably in email and/or chat services.
– Weekend availability is required.
– Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.
– Proficiency in Customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
– Proactive problem-solving skills and a dedication to process improvement.
– Knowledge of Collectibles is a plus.
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
– Previous startup experience is advantageous.
**Compensation and Benefits**
For Full-Time (Hourly) US-based applicants, compensation ranges from $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour, plus benefits and stock options. Our benefits package includes:
