**Your Experience:**
– Desire to assist customers with software questions and troubleshooting.
– Previous experience in customer interaction, both online and over the phone.
– Proficiency in using online and mobile software; experience with QuickBooks is advantageous.
– Familiarity with field management software, particularly in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical sectors.
– Knowledge of payments and finance software is beneficial.
– IT Help Desk/Windows experience is required.
– CompTIA A+ Certification and Network+ Certification are mandatory.
– Associates degree with 3 years of work experience.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
The base pay range for this position is $21.00 – $27.00 per hour. Actual pay rates will be determined by various factors, including qualifications and proficiency.
