### Purpose:
As a vital member of our team, you’ll work both independently and collaboratively to ensure the accurate interpretation of ECG data and its timely delivery to physicians and allied professionals. You’ll need excellent conversational skills to interact effectively with customers and patients. Passing ECG interpretation proficiency exams and utilizing proprietary web-based software applications are essential aspects of this role.
### Responsibilities
– **ECG Analysis and Interpretation:** Accurately analyze and interpret cardiac rhythms, ensuring proper documentation and meeting notification criteria.
– **Inbound Call Management:** Handle inbound calls from healthcare professionals and patients, using soft skills to ensure quality interactions.
– **Report Creation and Review:** Generate, review, and send Notification Reports, Daily Reports, and End of Use Reports as required.
– **Escalation Protocols:** Follow the chain of command for challenging ECG rhythms before delivering notifications or reports.
– **Quality and Performance Standards:** Maintain high standards of quality and performance, adhering to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
– **Additional Duties:** Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
### Education and Certifications
– **High School Diploma or GED**
– **Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT)**
### Experience
– **Preferred:** 1 year of related experience
– **Training:** Rhythm analysis training certification
### Knowledge and Skills

– **Cardiology Terminology:** Strong knowledge of medical terminology specific to cardiology.

– **Business English:** Knowledge of business English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
– **Flexibility:** Willingness to work overtime or extra hours as needed.
### Compensation and Benefits
– **Estimated Hiring Salary Range:** $22/hr to $26/hr (actual salary based on factors such as geography, skills, education, and experience)
