**Responsibilities**

In this role, you’ll wear many hats, and your expertise will be invaluable in the following areas:

– Perform clerical and administrative duties in the care management department.
– Provide accurate information to internal and external customers, including reports, flyers, and data collection.
– Review service requests and respond accurately and promptly.
– Plan, organize, and execute work assignments in a timely, accurate, and orderly manner.
– Maintain organized project folders for easy access according to policy.
– Exercise appropriate judgment in frontline and upward communication regarding departmental or employee concerns.
– Participate in routine meetings and maintain current task lists or projects.
– Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
– Manage invoices to confirm payment, revenue, and expenses.
– Arrange and coordinate meetings, including food services and room arrangements.

**Qualifications**

Here’s what you bring to the Personify Health team:

– High school diploma or equivalent (GED); some college preferred.
– Prior experience in a medical front office, hospital patient intake, medical claims processing, or equivalent.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe products.
– Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Demonstrated ability to work independently with excellent judgment.
– Accurate data entry skills (40wpm).
– Knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS coding (desirable).
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
