**WHO WE’RE SEEKING**

We are currently hiring for the role of Data Services Sales Support Specialist. This individual will be responsible for facilitating onboarding processes and offering comprehensive system and data management support to our Data Services clientele. Additionally, they will play a crucial role in generating sales leads and providing internal administrative assistance to our Data Services sales team.

This is a full-time remote position, open to applicants residing in either the United States or Canada.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

– Addressing general and specific inquiries about our company’s products and services for both customers and internal teams to enhance sales and support existing accounts.
– Providing customer support, including resolving system-related queries, troubleshooting product or service issues, and offering ongoing technical assistance to customers.
– Cultivating enduring relationships and confidence with customer accounts through transparent and interactive communication.
– Converting general inquiries into potential sales leads, occasionally serving as a sales representative in response to queries from independent practices.
– Processing enrollments, forms, and requests through appropriate systems.
– Managing product and service subscriptions, overseeing billing, payments, and service cancellations.
– Conducting reviews of data and analytics reports and products with customers.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

– A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in sales operations or administration.
– An associate’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.
– Experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
– Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with a knack for building professional relationships.
– Comfortable with handling numbers and data, showcasing a keen understanding of data.
– Highly collaborative, motivated, and dedicated to meeting customer needs.
– Capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and independently.
– Strong problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized.

**PAY RANGE**

For US-based applicants: $22.90 – $29.00 per hour.

For CAD-based applicants: $22.26 – $28.00 per hour.

Actual compensation packages are determined by various factors unique to each candidate, including skills, experience, certifications, education, and internal equity considerations.
