Job Description:
As a vital member of our team, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing schedules for clinicians across multiple hospital locations. Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you’ll collaborate with clinicians, leadership, and site directors to ensure optimal clinician coverage, contributing to the smooth operation of our hospital locations and ensuring high-quality patient care around the clock.
Location: Remote (Ideal candidate will reside in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones)
Essential Job Functions:
- Create and maintain schedules for multiple hospital locations.
- Utilize scheduling software to generate schedules based on customizations and rules.
- Establish relationships with providers to understand scheduling preferences.
- Analyze requests and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate staffing.
- Coordinate with outside clinician resources when necessary.
- Optimize scheduling to minimize costs and ensure continuity of care.
- Responsible for maintaining provider satisfaction regarding scheduling.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing needs and make critical decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and scheduling software.
- Previous experience working with clinicians preferred.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience creating and managing complex schedules.
- Shift admin scheduling experience preferred.
Hourly Rate: $21.59 – $39.94
Hourly rate may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
