Our available positions cover various areas such as health services, clinical services, and the delivery of clinical care. Whether you’re triaging members, managing admission information, or liaising with hospitals and clinical teams, your role here is vital. Note that positions labeled with ‘SCA’ require support for a government Service Contract Act agreement.
This is a full-time position with standard business hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm CST. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on business needs. All telecommuters must adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for extensive work within your function, often without established procedures. You’ll work independently, serving as a resource for others and coordinating activities. Additionally, you’ll manage various tasks related to medical, behavioral, or clinical services and benefits.
To qualify, you need a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of call center experience. Preferred qualifications include health insurance experience.
