**About the Role: Customer Support Specialist**
As a Customer Support Specialist at Truework, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our product to customers daily. Sitting at the intersection of our customers and our backend platform, you’ll ensure a top-tier experience for the myriad of unique users our product serves each month. We’re seeking a motivated, independent thinker with extensive experience in high-volume call centers. We prize relentless curiosity and the drive to provide exceptional service without compromise.
**Responsibilities:**
– Independently resolve a high volume of inbound tickets via phone, email, and chat, aiming for 25-40 daily tickets while meeting SLAs.
– Troubleshoot complex technical issues, offering clear solutions to customers.
– Proactively engage in customer outreach initiatives to minimize recurring issues.
– Adhere to internal procedures to ensure outstanding customer service and compliance with regulatory standards.
– Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, ensuring all necessary information is gathered to support Truework platform users.
– Escalate ambiguous issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
– Continuously enhance the income and employment verification process by understanding nuances and identifying potential bottlenecks.
**Work Schedule and Requirements:**
– Flexible schedule, up to 25 hours per week, with shifts assigned Monday through Friday between 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
– 100% remote work from home; reliable high-speed internet connection required.

**Compensation:**
– Targeted cash compensation: $16 – $21 per hour. Final offer amounts determined by multiple factors, including candidate expertise.
