About the Role:
As a vital member of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in safeguarding our ecosystem, enhancing user experience, and ensuring compliance with our policies. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
– Protecting our ecosystem by preventing fraudulent activity and enforcing our Terms of Service (TOS).
– Investigating and resolving complex escalations related to Trust & Safety and member support.
– Collaborating with Engineering to address bug reports and app functionality issues.
– Gathering user feedback on new product features to improve the Tinder experience.
– Addressing sensitive content issues such as graphic content and hate speech.
– Coordinating with cross-functional partners across various departments.
– Contributing to organizational projects and driving process improvements.
We’re Looking for:
– Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
– Basic knowledge of Zendesk.
– Strong analytical skills and judgment.
– Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
– Quick learner with a passion for helping people.
– Tech-savvy with attention to detail.
– Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent).

Salary Range:
– $25 – $29 per hour.
