Job Description:
As a Data Entry Associate, your daily tasks will involve managing various transaction types across different teams within our organization. From handling customer communications to processing policy status letters and managing settlement options, attention to detail is key. Here are some of the key responsibilities:
- Manage transactions within the Customer Communications Unit Que, Settlement Options Team, Money Out Team, Premium Team, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTs) Team, and Renewal Statements Team.
- Handle tasks such as creating value quotes, updating beneficiaries, and assisting with premium management.
- Review referrals and ensure all data is accurate for processing, occasionally reaching out to other departments for escalated cases.
- Utilize Salesforce for transactions and ensure all work is accurately documented.
Requirements:
