The Curriculum Support Specialist (Contractor role) will collaborate with curriculum architects, audio/video engineers, and visual designers to streamline workflows for Stride’s extensive online course production. This position offers a valuable opportunity to enhance your skills in educational technology within the online education domain.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide assistance in video and audio production processes.
– Ensure accessibility of online lessons for all students.
– Utilize spreadsheet-based data management for storyboard elements and course assets.
– Execute scripts to automate tasks in course production.
– Train and supervise vendor partners’ work.
– Conduct quality assurance checks on online lessons and address any issues.
**Supervisory Responsibilities:**
This position does not entail formal supervisory duties.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
– One (1) year of related field experience.
– No certificates or licenses required.
**Other Required Qualifications:**
– Strong attention to detail.
– Ability to comprehend the interplay of various industry-standard and proprietary tools in the curriculum-authoring ecosystem.
– Creativity and critical thinking skills to optimize operations and achieve economies of scale.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

– Experience in collaborative team environments.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications.
– Ability to pass a required background check.

**Work Environment:**
This is a virtual position open to residents of all 50 states and D.C.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
Salaries for this role are determined by factors such as education, experience, work location, and expected contribution. The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.43 to $26.46. This is a temporary/contractor role for 90 days, with employment handled by Randstad. Compensation may vary based on factors including geographic location, experience, and market conditions. Eligible employees may receive health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off through Randstad’s benefits package.
