Job Description:
As an Associate Relations Representative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting an operational change project aimed at improving living conditions for residents in NYC public housing. Your responsibilities will include providing call center services, addressing health challenges exacerbated by mold, leaks, and excessive moisture conditions.
Hours:
This is a full-time position with hourly scheduling from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST. All overtime must be pre-approved by the Manager.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outbound telephone calls regarding service questions and customer concerns
- Review data reports and communication tools to respond effectively to inquiries
- Maintain records of all communications in the customer service software
- Provide efficient and accurate solutions to callers, ensuring they feel supported and valued
- Monitor progress of service requests and follow up as needed
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers, building positive rapport
- Perform clerical support functions within the customer service software system
- Stay updated on client matters and engage in continuous learning

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software systems
- Bilingual capabilities in Spanish and other languages preferred
- Previous experience in call center or customer service roles
- Knowledge of residential property management or public housing preferred
Compensation:
