**Responsibilities:**
– Answer a high volume of complex inbound calls, delivering quality service and ensuring a positive partner experience.
– Utilize critical thinking and active listening skills to diagnose callers’ needs and document key details in the case management tool.
– Communicate policies and processes and provide information in response to partner inquiries.
– Research, troubleshoot, and provide issue resolution using multiple systems.
– Serve as an escalation point of contact to resolve critical and complex partner resource concerns.
**Qualifications:**
– Experience in customer service and/or a call center environment.
– Ability to research, analyze, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
– Experience coaching or leading others is a plus.
– Previous case management experience is beneficial.
– Continuous improvement mindset and human resources experience or education are desirable.
– Bachelor’s degree preferred.
