Join Us: Customer Success Specialist Position

As a member of our Customer Success team, you’ll engage directly with student-athletes, parents, club owners, directors, recruiting coordinators, and coaches to unleash the potential of the SportsRecruits platform.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the initial point of contact for phone, email, and live chat inquiries, guiding customers to achieve their goals on our platform. You’ll closely collaborate with our Customer Success Management team in onboarding and implementing our platform for club and high school customers. The ideal candidate for this role is a positive and effective communicator with strong attention to detail, exceptional teamwork skills, and the ability to simplify complex challenges into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage the daily onboarding of new and renewing users to the SportsRecruits platform.
  • Utilize technical expertise and creative problem-solving to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Handle customer requests and escalate issues as needed.
  • Analyze data to identify product improvement opportunities and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to drive product enhancements.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer-facing resources.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of Customer Success experience.
  • Passion for assisting others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, analytical thinking, perseverance, and patience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong desire to enhance user experience.
  • Understanding of college recruiting and the high school and club sports landscape.
  • Familiarity with software like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Gainsight (a plus).
  • Experience in college athletic recruiting (a plus).
