Rocket Money is hiring! $20-$24/hr. Remote Customer Associate

About the Role 🤹‍♀️

Join Rocket Money’s customer support team and use our online chat platform to interact with our members. Your responsibilities will include providing top-notch customer service, answering questions about the app, assisting members with their accounts, and resolving general issues. You will guide members on how to maximize their Premium Memberships, escalate technical problems to the engineering team, and communicate solutions back to members. Additionally, you’ll draft support articles, create member tutorials, and regularly use the Rocket Money app to give detailed feedback to the product team on beta features. Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor.

  • Experience: Customer service experience in a B2C tech company is a plus!

  • Salary Range: $20 – $24/hour + bonus + benefits. Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
