– **Maximize Premium Memberships**: Guide members on how to make the most out of their Premium Memberships by providing resources and helpful tips.
– **Technical Support**: Escalate technical issues to our engineering team and communicate solutions back to members promptly.
– **Content Creation**: Assist in drafting support articles and creating member tutorials to enhance user experience.
– **Beta Testing**: Regularly use the Rocket Money app and provide detailed feedback on beta features to our product team.
– **Adaptability**: Be ready to take on additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
