At Ride Health, our Ride Monitor Agents play a crucial role in overseeing rides from the moment they are scheduled until they reach their destination. This includes managing communication and transportation for passengers with diverse social, medical, and family needs. Our agents utilize our proprietary platform, third-party transportation software like Uber and Lyft, and business tools such as Zendesk for task management, Jira for project management, and Excel for tracking progress and performance. The goal is to ensure the safety and efficiency of our Transportation Providers while maintaining accurate reporting for our vendors and clients.

What Success Looks Like:

To excel as a Ride Monitor Agent, you’ll need exceptional communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a knack for identifying patterns to enhance our services. This full-time role may include weekend and evening shifts, depending on your schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Work Hours: Full-time shifts within the Eastern Time Zone, including potential weekends.
  • Monitor Events: Oversee Ride Health system event tickets to ensure proper scheduling, timely performance, and successful ride completion.
  • Data Analysis: Identify patterns in data to improve service and processes.
  • Status Updates: Accurately update ride statuses using multiple information sources.
  • Scheduling: Communicate with Transportation Providers to manage rides with unique needs.
  • Escalations: Monitor internal communication channels for escalated service opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Technical Needs: Internet speed of 10 Mbps and the ability to hard-wire via ethernet.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in contact centers, call centers, or tech support.
  • Skills: Proficiency with business tools like Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and software-based telephone systems. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work well in a remote team environment are essential.
  • Attitude: A sense of humor and a positive attitude are a plus!
