Remote Customer Support Specialist Opportunity

- Respond to technical support tickets promptly
- Gather necessary information from customers to troubleshoot problem reports
- Conduct phone or screen share sessions to understand and resolve issues
- Assist customers in understanding R365 payroll integration features
- Identify and document software defects, escalating when necessary
- Engage in live chats to address customer inquiries
- Manage a personal queue of customer tickets efficiently
- Identify areas for improvement in company self-help documentation
- Share ticket trends with the Implementation Team
- Provide Basic Training on an as-needed basis
- Perform other duties as assigned
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Previous experience with Payroll and HR Systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet client and team needs
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex content
- Technical aptitude and experience with various communication platforms
- A genuine passion for assisting individuals in maximizing technology’s potential
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with restaurant management, labor scheduling, basic accounting principles, labor accruals, and payroll implementation experience.
