*Quick Overview*: ResMed is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to provide top-notch assistance to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved promptly. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work remotely and be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

*Ideal Shift Hours*: Monday – Friday 10am – 7pm Eastern Time

**About the Role**:

– Respond to customer inquiries regarding the Brightree application and its services with efficiency and a friendly demeanor.
– Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues related to system configuration, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements.
– Document and track inbound support requests, ensuring thorough notation of customer problems and solutions.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and provide timely updates to customers.
– Mentor and train new team members, contributing to a positive and professional work environment.

**About You**:

– Minimum of 3 years experience in application support or call center environment, with proficiency in Salesforce or similar platforms.
– Extensive knowledge of customer support best practices and experience in healthcare or related industries.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deescalate customer concerns effectively.
– Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with a logical and systematic approach to problem-solving.
– Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with dedication to tasks and continuous improvement.
– Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.
– Experience with Salesforce, hardware support, API integrations, and software development life cycle preferred.
