Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand’s customer experience, handling inquiries via telephone, email, and chat with finesse and empathy. Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you’ll engage with both new and potential customers, guiding them through their shopping journey, addressing order queries, and supporting our team to drive our brand’s success. If you’re an independent problem-solver who loves making people happy and has a flair for fashion, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner.
- Act as an empowered team member, using your decision-making skills to enhance each customer’s relationship with our brand.
- Gather and share feedback with external teams to ensure we’re meeting our customers’ needs.
- Meet or exceed established daily interaction targets, aiming for a minimum of 70 interactions per shift.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of our URBN brands, customers, and products.
- Must have access to consistently stable internet connection.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to take on additional projects and support team members.
