**Job Overview:**
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to communicate with customers primarily by phone to verify and correct demographic information. You’ll research and resolve a variety of customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you’ll educate providers via phone, serve as a liaison between departments, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

**Requirements:**
– High School Diploma or GED.
– Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in an office environment.
– Call center or telephone experience preferred.
– Knowledge of medical and claim terminology.
– Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to handle escalated situations professionally.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office products.
**Salary and Benefits:**
