Who We’re Seeking:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive individual to join our Loan Production team. In this role, you’ll handle a high volume of essential tasks crucial to streamlining the mortgage process. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to enhance your mortgage underwriting skills or spearhead process improvements, depending on your interests. With a strong work ethic and a willingness to collaborate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the team’s success.
Please note, this position is part-time initially, with the potential to transition to a full-time salaried role in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Manage workflows in our lender portals, including file locking and disclosures.
- Oversee homeowner’s insurance, title, and appraisal processes.
- Review client documents to assess submission readiness and proactively address any issues.
- Identify operational challenges and work cross-functionally to develop and implement solutions. Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in the mortgage industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Quick learner with a proactive “can-do” attitude.
- Results-driven with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Enthusiastic about joining a startup environment and committed to putting in the effort to achieve results.
Pay Rate: Up to $22.00/hour, depending on candidate experience and location.
