Who We’re Seeking
We’re in search of a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive individual to join our Loan Production team. Your role will involve managing a high volume of essential tasks crucial to the smooth operation of the mortgage process. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to enhance your mortgage underwriting skills or lead process improvements, depending on your interests. With a strong work ethic and a willingness to support the team, you’ll fit right in.
Please note that this role is part-time initially, with the potential to transition to a full-time salaried position in the future.
Responsibilities
– Oversee workflows in our lender portals, including file locking and disclosure.
– Manage homeowner’s insurance, title, and appraisal workflows.
– Review client documents and assess file readiness for submission, proactively addressing any potential issues.
– Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate across teams to develop and implement solutions.
Qualifications
– Minimum of two years of experience in the mortgage industry.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
– Willingness to learn quickly and take initiative.
– Results-oriented mindset with persistence and composure under pressure.
– Enthusiastic about joining a startup and embracing the hustle required to drive success!
Pay Rate: Up to $22.00 per hour, depending on candidate experience and location.
