As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to build rapport with customers, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to creating best-in-class experiences.

**The Opportunity:**

– Develop personalized experiences for our customers within our Life Call Center.
– Demonstrate accountability, agility, inclusivity, strong business acumen, and courage in all aspects of your role.
– Must be willing to work ANY 8-hour shift within our hours of operation, 8am–8pm Eastern Time, Monday–Friday (NO WEEKENDS).
– Salary: $42,000 plus the ability to earn a 5% annual bonus.
– 10 weeks paid virtual training.
– Upcoming Training Class: July 1st, 2024 – September 1st, 2024.

**The Minimum Qualifications:**

– 1+ years of customer service experience (or Undergrad Degree in lieu of experience).
– High School Diploma (or GED).

**The Ideal Qualifications:**

– 2+ years of Customer Service Experience.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
– Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is a plus.
– Experience in Insurance or Annuity Servicing, hospitality, or retail sales with direct consumer contact and problem-solving skills.
– Able to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, multitasking, and navigating multiple systems.
