As a Customer Service Associate, youβll have the opportunity to build rapport with customers, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to creating best-in-class experiences.
**The Opportunity:**
β Develop personalized experiences for our customers within our Life Call Center.
β Demonstrate accountability, agility, inclusivity, strong business acumen, and courage in all aspects of your role.
β Must be willing to work ANY 8-hour shift within our hours of operation, 8amβ8pm Eastern Time, MondayβFriday (NO WEEKENDS).
β Salary: $42,000 plus the ability to earn a 5% annual bonus.
β 10 weeks paid virtual training.
β Upcoming Training Class: July 1st, 2024 β September 1st, 2024.

β Utilize multiple systems and tools to achieve goals, including customer experience and call quality.
**The Minimum Qualifications:**
β 1+ years of customer service experience (or Undergrad Degree in lieu of experience).
β High School Diploma (or GED).
**The Ideal Qualifications:**
β 2+ years of Customer Service Experience.
β Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
β Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is a plus.
β Experience in Insurance or Annuity Servicing, hospitality, or retail sales with direct consumer contact and problem-solving skills.
β Able to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, multitasking, and navigating multiple systems.
