As the face of our company, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers, whether they’re seeking key solutions or assistance in lockout emergencies. What You’ll Do:
– Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails, addressing billing issues, product queries, and service concerns.
– Maintain a professional demeanor and build positive relationships with every customer interaction.
– Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
– Turn frustrated clients into satisfied repeat customers through effective problem-solving.
– Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
– Demonstrated experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
– Minimum of 1 year in a call center environment or equivalent experience.
– High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
– Ability to think quickly and remain calm under pressure.
– Strong time management and multitasking skills.
– Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
– Experience with Zendesk, Twilio, or Google Docs is a plus.
– Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.
– Stable internet connection with 50MBPS bandwidth dedicated to work.
