The Role

As a Client Ride Specialist, you will be pivotal in handling service requests and configurations, ensuring every HopSkipDrive ride is set up for success. Your proactive problem-solving skills will allow you to address complex situations and find solutions before issues escalate. You’ll balance multitasking and collaboration with the Client Insights team to ensure every rider reaches their destination safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Reporting: Create and implement client-required reporting solutions.
  • Operational Response: Address escalated issues from the Client Support team with timely operational responses.
  • Client Support: Collaborate with Client Insights Associates to address client questions and needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify clients in need and shift resources to provide solutions, utilizing current and new reporting processes.
  • Manage Logistics: Handle logistics for rides with unique needs and advanced qualifications.
  • Trend Recognition: Recognize trends and suggest process improvements.
  • Product Knowledge: Have an in-depth understanding of HopSkipDrive’s products to identify new business opportunities.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work cross-departmentally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Special Projects: Undertake special projects as assigned by the Director of Client Operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ years in a related role, thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Big Picture Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and understand the details and data that inform it.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Positive Attitude: A self-motivated individual with a positive outlook.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Salesforce, Kustomer (or similar CRM), and Google Workspace.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

This role is fully remote, available to candidates in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, IL, IN, KS, MD, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
