Large Construction Company seeking a Mechanical Estimator.
The ideal candidate will have commercial HVAC and plumbing estimating experience.
We specialize in comprehensive HVAC and plumbing construction services.
Job Details:
The Mechanical Estimator will complete start to finish estimating Mechanical and Plumbing projects, including take-off, and putting the final estimate/proposal.
Project sizes range from $100,000 – $25,000,000.
Collect and analyze all project costs, including raw materials, labor, equipment, and tooling to ensure estimates are accurate.
Estimate costs for projects based on an analysis of project technical requirements.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a construction estimator, primarily in the mechanical field.
Mechanical experience in construction management, architecture, engineering, or equivalent trade experience.
Experience using Excel, Word, QuoteSoft, and project management software.
Scheduling experience is a plus.
