In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service to our growing community, addressing a wide range of inquiries related to the Hinge app, including functionality, technical issues, billing, refunds, and product feedback

Your Impact

As a User Support Specialist, you will:
– **Deliver Outstanding Support:** Provide empathetic and user-centric assistance, ensuring a positive experience for our members.
– **Resolve Complex Issues:** Utilize our Zendesk CRM to troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets effectively.
– **Collaborate with the Team:** Work closely with the Support management team and Senior Specialists to enhance our support processes and tools continuously.

Responsibilities

– **Expert Product Knowledge:** Leverage your deep understanding of the Hinge product and support processes to respond efficiently and accurately to user inquiries.
– **Problem Resolution:** Take ownership of user issues, utilizing probing and troubleshooting techniques to find solutions.
– **Escalation and Collaboration:** Identify and escalate complex issues, collaborating with Specialists to develop effective solutions.
– **Content Contribution:** Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user support resources, including macros, help center articles, and internal knowledge base articles.
– **Project Participation:** Engage in projects that advance our Trusted Support initiatives, improving overall support quality and efficiency.

– **Independent and Collaborative Worker:** Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
– **Excellent Communicator:** Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical topics clearly to both customers and colleagues.
– **Organizational Skills:** Meticulous attention to detail and effective multitasking capabilities.
– **Tech-Savviness:** Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Notion, Guru, Google Suite, and Socure.

Compensation

– **Competitive Pay:** $26 – $31 per hour.
