Introduction: We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and tech-savvy individual who is passionate about driving customer product issues to resolution. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in enhancing our product and empowering our support team to effectively tackle billing issues. Collaboration with stakeholders across billing product teams and support will be key as you identify trends and share actionable insights to elevate the customer experience. Your efforts will focus on reducing Jira volume, deflecting from engineering, and enhancing resolution time for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities: As part of our team, you’ll:
- Take ownership of resolving task-oriented issues escalated from customer support, identifying and verifying bugs, and collaborating with billing engineering teams to implement fixes.
- Develop a deep technical understanding of the Grow billing platform and associated features, leveraging standardized troubleshooting methodologies and customer use cases.
- Collaborate with peers to streamline processes, maximize issue resolution efficiency, and share valuable product insights with stakeholders in product, design, engineering, and revenue cycle management.
- Work closely with support managers, team leads, and enablement to document solutions, troubleshooting guidance, and workflow enhancements for customer-facing stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile: You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Possess a solid understanding of billing systems and have experience addressing issues related to eligibility, cost estimates, charges explanation, data updates, and disputes resolution.
- Are self-motivated, adaptable to asynchronous communication, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Enjoy problem-solving, exhibit natural curiosity, and have a keen interest in health technology.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and excel in guiding multiple teammates towards collaborative issue resolution.
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, exhibiting flexibility, and embracing changing priorities and customer needs.
Additional Details: Salary Range: $62,424 – $81,600
