As an Associate Customer Care Advisor at Goodleap, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your main responsibilities will involve handling incoming calls from active Goodleap customers, assisting them with their inquiries, and presenting them with cross-sell products to meet their needs. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that customer information is accurately maintained within our CRM system.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Verify and enter prospective client information into the designated CRM.
- Record any customer escalations in the CRM system.
- Make outbound servicing calls to offer cross-sell products.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- 1-2 years of proven customer service experience.
- 1-2 years of phone sales experience preferred.
- Prior experience with financial products is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Professional demeanor.
Compensation:
$18/hr.
