Join Us: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at GoodLeap, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert during customer calls, providing exceptional service and support through strong verbal and written communication. You’ll have the opportunity to introduce additional GoodLeap products to customers, ensuring each interaction is well-documented in our systems. Handling customer issues with diplomacy, you’ll strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their experience. With a track record of reliability and a strong work ethic, you’ll embrace change and feedback to continuously improve.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
- Previous solar customer service or sales experience highly desired.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to display patience, empathy, and strong listening skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business and team.
- Proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $22/hr
