Tier 2 Technical Support Representative at Fubo
Who We’re Seeking:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction? Fubo is looking for a Tier 2 representative to provide top-notch assistance to our customers, remotely. As part of our team, you’ll handle inquiries regarding Fubo products both over the phone and online. We need someone resourceful and attentive, adept at utilizing tools and technologies to resolve customer service issues effectively. Continuous training will keep you up-to-date on product changes, ensuring you’re well-equipped to address user needs promptly.
Education and Technical Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Above-average knowledge of tech-related elements (e.g., Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, Roku, iOS, Android)
- Experience in technical support with advanced troubleshooting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Punctual and reliable attendance is a must
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to make judgment calls and follow through consistently
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer support
Other Requirements:
- Availability for weekend hours (Saturday & Sunday)
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, including holidays and emergencies

Please note: Fubo’s headquarters are in Midtown Manhattan, but this position is fully remote. The base pay for this role ranges from $19 to $22.50 per hour, with additional benefits like unlimited PTO and medical coverage. Final compensation is determined based on experience, location, and other factors.
