The Opportunity:

Join Lose It!, a property of Everyday Health Group, as a valued member of our Customer Care team. We’re on the lookout for a quick-learning, friendly individual who thrives in patient interactions. As a Customer Care Team member, you’ll embody our brand and serve as a direct link between Lose It! members and the company.

In this role, you’ll engage with Lose It! members via email, necessitating a deep understanding of our workflows, policies, and evolving business needs. For high-performing employees, there are opportunities for growth, including increased hours and expanded job responsibilities.

Salary Range:

Compensation for this role falls between $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, contingent upon experience, role scope, capabilities, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via email ticketing system, Zendesk.
  • Collaborate closely with other Customer Care team members to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer support requests concerning all aspects of the Lose It! App.
  • After a 30-hour training period, aim to send at least ten emails per hour, focusing on comprehensive replies.
  • Work four-hour shifts with flexible post-training scheduling, ensuring consistency.

Job Qualifications:

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in software like Google Docs and support platforms like Zendesk.
  • Comfortable using mobile phones and applications.
  • Strong written English skills.
  • Available for at least three, four-hour shifts per week, including two weekend days per month.
  • Able to complete 30 hours of training within the first ten days of employment.
