The Role

Primary Duties:

Answering phones and directing clients to staff or assisting with simple inquiries (e.g., pricing, collecting client-provided information, handling client intake manually) Monitoring incoming emails and assigning tasks to staff or responding directly to clients Setting up client trip information to initiate the planning process Secondary Duties:

Performing accounting tasks and processing credit card payments when necessary Assisting staff with various tasks as requested Calling airlines to assist with client travel arrangements (e.g., booking seat assignments, retrieving or modifying travel details) Uploading time-sensitive travel information to our flight monitoring tools Adding client information to our booking system If this sounds like the kind of role you’d enjoy, here’s what we’re looking for:

Reliable – Since you’ll be working remotely, reliability is crucial. We need to trust that you’ll follow through on your commitments. Quick Learner – You don’t need extensive knowledge of the travel industry; we’ll provide training. But you should be able to pick up new tasks quickly. Detail Oriented – Attention to detail is essential, especially when dealing with air travel where accuracy is paramount. Common Sense – Being able to piece together information and know when to ask for clarification is key. Pleasant – Client interactions may not always be easy, so maintaining composure and a pleasant demeanor is important. Clear Background – A background check will be required due to handling sensitive data. Business Casual – Interactions with clients are professional yet conversational.
