Position Details
– **Starting Pay Rate:** $17.31 per hour
– **Work Schedule:** Full-time shifts available between 7am – 12am CST

About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide support to customers via phone, helping with various inquiries such as:
– **Late Deliveries:** “My delivery is late. Can you help?”
– **Damaged Deliveries:** “My delivery arrived damaged. What can I do?”
– **Billing Inquiries:** “When will I see a charge for my purchase?”
You will work independently from home in a secure workspace, collaborating remotely with management and colleagues. Success in this role requires resolving calls promptly, maintaining high communication standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing product solutions, and performing other duties as assigned.

Shift Information
– **Work Hours:** Shifts typically fall between Monday – Sunday, 7am – 12am CST
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must:
– Be at least 18 years old
– Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
– Successfully pass a criminal background check
– Have at least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a sales role
– Have high-speed internet access (download ≥10 Mbps, upload ≥3 Mbps, Ping <175 ms, no Wi-Fi or satellite)
– Preferably, have previous Contact Center and/or work-from-home experience
– Be able to type at least 30 words per minute accurately
– Have a private workspace accessible only to you during work hours
– Be able to work independently with discipline and motivation
– Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Be courteous and professional
– Thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Be flexible with working hours
– Live in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
