### Job Title: Technical Advisor, myCoketech

As a Technical Advisor at myCoketech, your role is pivotal in maximizing the value we provide to Coca-Cola customers and field service technicians. By eliminating unnecessary service calls, you will help ensure the smooth operation of fountain dispensers, vending machines, and coolers. This position involves offering efficient technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution over the phone, supporting field service technicians, processing parts orders, and handling technical inquiries. Your efforts will minimize customer downtime and reduce service costs, providing 24/7 support throughout the year.

### What You’ll Do for Us

– **Troubleshoot Equipment Issues:** Provide remote troubleshooting for equipment such as Freestyle, Legacy, and coffee dispensers via telephone or video to reduce downtime and service costs.
– **Diagnose Problems:** Use technical drawings, schematics, and diagnostic tools (e.g., laptop, NOCTIS) to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
– **Maintain Documentation:** Create and manage cases, work orders, records, and logs in Salesforce (Thirsty) according to established procedures.
– **Develop Training Materials:** Assist in creating and updating technical and training documentation.
– **Support Technicians:** Provide guidance and support to other technicians in equipment repair and maintenance.
– **Perform Preventive Maintenance:** Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on beverage dispensing equipment following safety and quality procedures.
– **Resolve Customer Issues:** Research and resolve issues for customers, business partners, and associates to expedite service, installations, or orders using various information systems.
– **Telework Requirements:** Ensure a distraction-free, professional environment at home with high-speed internet service. Be self-driven and motivated to maintain training and processes virtually.

### Qualifications & Requirements

– **Education:** High school diploma or GED equivalent.
– **Experience:** Minimum of 3+ years in technical service and customer support, with a strong emphasis on Freestyle platforms and National Food Service customers (e.g., McDonald’s, Burger King).
– **Technical Knowledge:**
– Equipment installation requirements (electrical power, water, drain, airflow, space requirements).
– Dispensing equipment installation principles.
– Basic refrigeration and electricity knowledge.
– **Skills:**
– Proficiency in customer communication software systems and CRM tools.
– Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
– Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and oral communication abilities.
– Bilingual in Spanish is a plus due to the diverse customer base.
