As a Client Success Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in renewals, upsell opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. From conducting business reviews to strategizing with account managers, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our customers derive actionable value from our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Managers to strategize renewals and upsells.
- Onboard new clients and maintain proactive communication.
- Conduct usage reviews and mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasting in Salesforce and other tools.
- Foster synergy between sales and other departments.
Expected Outcomes:
- Demonstrate ownership and passion for growth.
- Build trusted relationships with accounts and users.
- Achieve optimal success towards renewal and growth.
- Close alignment with sales for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Previous success in account management with a renewal aspect.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.
- Experience with Gainsight and Seismic is a plus.
- Proven track record of increasing renewal rates year over year.
- Strong prioritization and execution skills.
