We’re looking for a proactive and compassionate Admissions Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our goal of treating more young individuals in need.
**Responsibilities:**
– Champion and manage the admissions process, setting and achieving ambitious targets for client intake.
– Coordinate with internal teams to streamline admissions, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
– Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring data accuracy and privacy standards are upheld.
– Engage potential patients and families, pitching our innovative clinical model and building trust.
– Remove barriers to care, facilitating admissions and referrals to appropriate levels of care.
– Ensure consistent communication with clients, families, and referral sources to advance admissions.
– Clearly communicate financial policies and payment options to patients during the admission process.
– Adapt to organizational changes to meet the needs of clients, families, and referrals.
**Qualifications:**
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– 1-2+ years of contact-center technology and sales experience.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets, preferably in admissions or sales.
– Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
– Commitment to upholding Charlie Health’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
– Experience working with adolescents and young adults in mental health contexts is a plus.
– Proficiency in multitasking and operating in a high-paced environment.
– High emotional intelligence and familiarity with HIPAA policies.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
