Introducing the Customer Advocacy Specialist role! Join our team as a crucial subject matter expert, driving resolutions for internal and external issues with a high level of autonomy. This remote position offers flexibility and growth opportunities, with training starting May 6th, 2024.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for escalated calls and requests.
  • Meet service level agreements and performance goals.
  • Assist in monitoring and completing production tasks.
  • Manage complaint resolution for payers, providers, and patients.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to enhance case handling efficiency and quality.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in Operations/Production support.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry.
  • Familiarity with department systems, CareCentrix protocols, and regulatory compliance preferred.
