Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for escalated calls and requests.
- Meet service level agreements and performance goals.
- Assist in monitoring and completing production tasks.
- Manage complaint resolution for payers, providers, and patients.
- Collaborate with supervisors to enhance case handling efficiency and quality.
- Support process improvement initiatives and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in Operations/Production support.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry.
- Familiarity with department systems, CareCentrix protocols, and regulatory compliance preferred.
