### Join Our Team as a Claims Support Associate II
As a Claims Support Associate II, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and establishing account identification within our Payroll/Billing system. Your expertise will also help train staff on new payer formats and modifications to existing ones, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
### Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
– **Develop and Implement Billing Formats:** Create and deliver appropriate billing formats to prospective payers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
– **Review Billing, Pricing, and Coverage Rules:** During contract negotiations, review payer-specific rules to mitigate the risk of lost revenue due to billing errors.
– **Create Accurate Invoices:** Maintain payer rate tables for local and regional payers and ensure invoices are correctly formatted.
– **Liaise with Home Health Branches:** Address and resolve data input and billing issues by acting as a liaison with home health branches.

### Qualifications
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
– **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.
– **Experience:** A minimum of 5 years of billing and/or reimbursement experience. Unity system experience is preferred.
– **Skills:** Excellent communication (both verbal and written), analytical, and interpersonal skills. You can manage multiple tasks, are detail-oriented, responsive, and demonstrate independent thought and critical thinking.
– **Problem-Solving Mindset:** You know every healthcare problem is unique and approach challenges with curiosity and questions.
