We are seeking a passionate customer advocate who thrives on helping clients succeed. You love interacting with people and are eager to spend your day on Zoom calls and phone conversations with our customers. What You’ll Do

  • Ensure customers receive exceptional value from brightwheel, fostering long-term retention.
  • Manage adoption and renewal goals for a portfolio of high-value customers.
  • Engage with customers via calls, Zoom, email, and text to assess engagement, identify problems, drive resolutions, and highlight valuable product features.
  • Act as the “voice of the customer,” providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams and collaborating with upstream customer teams.
  • Partner with teams across brightwheel, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

  • Experience in sales or account management is a plus, but not required.
  • Proven track record of exceeding challenging goals in school, sports, or professionally.
  • Comfort with a high volume/velocity sales approach (e.g., 30+ calls/day).
  • Exceptional skills in identifying customer challenges, offering solutions, and overcoming objections with tenacity, patience, and empathy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • High level of comfort with ambiguity in a rapidly changing team environment.
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, basic Excel/Sheets, startup environments, and early education.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly rate of $19.24 (equivalent to $40,000 yearly for a 40-hour workweek) with an additional variable component of $40,000, totaling on-target earnings of $80,000 annually.
