About the Position

As an executive assistant at Boldly, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our clients, aligning with company values and your preferences. This role offers the chance to build long-term partnerships with executives across various industries, all while working remotely and enjoying a flexible schedule without night or weekend work. This full-time position requires 40 hours of availability during business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars
  • Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel
  • Making travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings
  • Maximizing executives’ time by managing correspondence, drafting documents, collecting and analyzing information, and making phone calls
  • Managing multiple email inboxes for executives
  • Handling expenses
  • Providing customer and supplier support
  • Other executive administrative responsibilities as needed

About You

You have at least 7 years of experience in senior administrative support roles, including working as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple high-level executives. You are seeking a fully remote company that prioritizes workplace flexibility and promotes a culture of respect, kindness, and transparency. As a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive outlook, you care deeply about helping others succeed. You take pride in the quality of your work, are proactive, dynamic, flexible, tech-savvy, results-oriented, and detail-oriented. And you do it all with a smile!

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant to one or more executives
  • At least 4 years of calendar management experience, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • At least 2 years of executive travel coordination experience, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and organizing the email inboxes of senior leaders
  • Advanced knowledge of online software such as Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other popular productivity tools
  • Ability to multitask with ease and prioritize work as needed
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and strong writing skills
  • Ability to work independently under deadlines
  • Solution-driven mindset
