Avēsis’ Sales and Marketing/Renewal Department is currently seeking a remote entry-level position for a self-motivated individual who thrives on helping others achieve common goals. As part of our team, you’ll assist in maintaining tracking sheets, creating and reviewing documents, and collaborating with internal departments to enhance client retention and uphold Avēsis’ reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and respond to incoming emails promptly.
- Track information in incoming and outgoing correspondences accurately.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external clients via email or Teams on a daily basis.
- Build and review monthly excel audits with great attention to detail.
- Assist in producing Adobe document packets.
- Correct mandated documents for the Account Management team.
- Aid Account Managers with document preparations.
- Demonstrate ambition to consistently deliver quality work for clients.
- Exhibit self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on tasks.
- Adapt quickly and efficiently to changing business priorities and environments.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Adobe.
- FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
- Hourly Range: $18.33 – $28.67
