**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct outreach to service providers nationwide via phone to discuss Angi’s products and advertising options.
– Overcome objections, negotiate advertising solutions, and build trust with service providers to understand their needs.
– Coach service providers on building lasting relationships with homeowners.
– Research service providers using internal notes, company websites, and other sources.
– Process documents and manage data using CRM systems.
– Guide service providers through background check authorization and approval processes.
– Meet and exceed weekly sales targets.
**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience.
– High School Diploma or GED.
– Motivation to exceed sales goals and strive for excellence.
– Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
– Desire to contribute to team success and continuous improvement.
– Ability to multitask, work independently, and pay attention to detail.
– Initiative to maintain accuracy, quality, and timeliness of information.
– Comfortable using a phone headset for up to 8 hours per day.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and computer aptitude.
– Reliable high-speed internet connection.
– Ability to pass a criminal background check and provide proof of age.
**Benefits & Compensation:**
– Base salary: $36,000 with uncapped commission.
– Average annual earnings: $70,000 – $80,000, with top performers earning up to $200,000+.
