Responsibilities:
- Execute Order Fulfillment tasks, including processing order exceptions, sample orders, and single or multi-site orders, while acting as a bridge between our vendors and internal teams.
- Prioritize issues based on severity and Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines.
- Engage in training sessions to enhance your proficiency in relevant technologies and products, spanning networking, hardware, and mobile device management.
- Interpret instructional and technical documentation to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of team training programs, ticketing processes, and best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Proficient in office software, encompassing Google products (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft products (Excel, Word).
- Possess experience with various operating systems, coupled with knowledge of networking, connectivity, and internet protocol.
- Demonstrate customer service expertise gained in a dynamic, professional work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Netsuite/ERP software.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen focus on customer care and attention to detail.
- Experience in instructional and technical writing.
Compensation:
- This role offers an hourly rate ranging from $20.00 to $25.00.
