Remote Work Essentials

Candidates joining our team will undergo remote training and must be equipped to work efficiently from home. A designated workspace is necessary, furnished with company-provided technology for seamless operations.

A stable internet connection is paramount, with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads, ensuring smooth participation in online meetings via video conferencing tools.

Responsibilities at a Glance

The responsibilities of this remote position are multifaceted, requiring adeptness in various areas:

  • Handling incoming calls from members and health plans/employer groups with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of ASH products and programs, ensuring accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Coordinating access to Health Management programs and facilitating necessary appointments.
  • Upholding strict confidentiality in all member-related matters.
  • Participating actively in team discussions and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Core Competencies

While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, candidates should possess at least one year of customer service experience, preferably within a healthcare setting. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
