About the Role
In this unique position, you’ll:
- Handle User Inquiries: Approach each inquiry with an open mind, ensuring users feel heard and understood.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Gather information from users to efficiently reach solutions by working with various teams.
- Create Lasting Impressions: Communicate transparently and honestly to build trust with every user.
- Account & Payment Reviews: Assist with account and payment reviews to ensure proper use of Underdog’s platform.
- Team Spirit: Show up with a positive attitude, eager to help the team achieve its goals.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional support via live chat, addressing inquiries related to account management and financial transactions.
- Resolve Inquiries: Efficiently handle Pick’em and Draft-related questions.
- Technical Assistance: Offer comprehensive support to users of both Web and Mobile apps.
- Onboarding Assistance: Ensure new users have a smooth and successful start with the app.

Bonus Points If You Have…
- Experience with Intercom or other ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of Fantasy Sports and/or Sports Betting.
- 1-2 years of customer support or related experience.
- A BA/BS from an accredited college or university.
Compensation & Benefits
- Rate: $18 – $20 an hour, depending on experience, plus equity. Think your skills are exceptional and warrant higher pay? Apply anyway! If we agree, we’re willing to negotiate.
- Licensure: This position may require sports betting licensure based on certain state regulations.
